The H85 oxygen control incubator boasts the same features as the HypOxystation H35, but with a larger airlock for larger sample transfers. The H85 has all the touch screen control for oxygen, CO2 and temperature monitoring. The real-time feedback system constantly monitors and adjusts the internal atmosphere so researchers can be confident the environment is precise and consistent. The oxygen sensor is located inside the chamber to insure accuracy, and calibration is fast and easy. Integrated gas control via the touch screen, minimizes bench space requirements. There is no bulky external gas mixing system. The ergonomic ports of the H85 allow for gloved or bare hand working, making H85 comfortable for in-situ manipulations. The ports also operate as miniature airlocks, so users can transfer samples and cell ware through the ports as they enter their hands into the chamber. This operation can save time and gas, rather than running a full airlock cycle. This workstation has been designed in conjunction with cell biology researchers to ensure ultimate performance combined with user comfort, convenience and reliability.

Features

Control O2 in 0.1% increments from 0.1% - 20%

Control CO2 in 0.1% increments from 0.1% - 15%

Straightforward calibration of gas sensors without removing sensors from chamber or disrupting the working atmosphere

Control temperature easily and precisely

Touch screen interface to monitor all parameters simultaneously

Real time feedback system monitors and adjusts O2 levels to insure accuracy. CO2 is also available

Integrated gas control minimizes bench space requirements – no bulky external gas mixing system

Data logging of all parameters for up to 30 days

USB port for data transfer

Available O2 profiling

Options

The HypOxystationTM has been designed specifically for researchers requiring the ability to accurately control oxygen, temperature and humidity. Options are available for researchers to customize the system based on need:

CO2 Monitoring – Hardware and software provided to monitor and control CO2 in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 15%

Refrigeration Unit - Designed to maintain a lower than normal temperature within the incubation and working area. The standard refrigeration unit is designed to operate at 8±10C when located in an ambient temperature of 21±20C. Other set temperatures are achievable, but require discussion with our product development department in advance.

Double Internal Power Socket –Two standard outlets are provided which can provide up to 1 amp of 115V power for charging pipettors, cell rollers, etc.

Vacuum Take-off Port – Quick connect fittings are attached to and small port on the left side of the instrument, allowing a vacuum pump operating outside of the instrument to draw against any size tubing and extraction mechanism inside the workstation.

Automatic Sleeve Gassing System – Hardware and software provided to allow the user to press and hold the foot switch for automatic removal of atmospheric gases from the sleeves. Vacuum and gas pressure are monitored assuring consistent procedure of entry by technicians.

Internal Storage Tray – Maximum of two per unit. 22x26x2.5cm. Trays are mounted under shelf for easy access and minimum intrusion of space.

Spare Cable Gland – A small port with temporary completely sealed enclosure that can be used to place wires or tubes into workstation.

Gas Sample Port – A small port with quick connection and one way gas flow for sampling of internal atmosphere for independent verification of O2 and CO2 levels or presence of contamination.

O2 profiling - Allows you to program O2 to run at specified levels for a user defined amount of time.

Data logging - Keeps track of up to 30 days of your various gas levels and the data can be transferred to a USB flash drive.

I heart my HypOxystation

We have used two HypOxystations for about two years now to investigate the role of hypoxia in tumor microenvironments. They are running constantly without any problems. With the results being generated, and the demand for their use, we have now purchased a third instrument.
