C-Chip is the world's first true disposable hemocytometer These plastic hemacytometers offer repeatable and reliable measurements and analysis. The unique design eliminates the use of coverslips and allows for exact volume control. This reduces the user’s risk of exposure to infectious or hazardous samples, and increases efficiency throughout laboratory procedures by eliminating the need for washing or autoclaving components. Available in four different grid types for a broad range of applications, including blood cell counting, cell concentration measurement, cell viability testing, bacteria and fungal spore counting, and sperm counting. The C-Chip™ hemacytometers are biocompatible and optically transparent. The light and sturdy construction is resistant to surface scratches or cracks. The hemacytometer consists of two surface-patterned, enclosed chambers with two ports for sample introduction. Results are readable under microscopic observation after one to three minutes have elapsed. |
