H35 HypOxystation
![]() |
HypOxystation is the only hypoxic chamber purpose built for physiological cell culture research. Specifically designed to create normoxic, hypoxic and anoxic conditions within a controlled and sustained workstation environment; this hypoxic incubator is ideal for research requiring the ability to accurately control oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity. With such accurate control and the ability to manipulate cells in situ without altering the incubation environment, research into cell biology can be performed over a comprehensive range of oxygen tensions with precision.
The touchscreen interface allows you to monitor all settings and eliminates the need for other dials, switches and gauges. The transfer airlock provides effective cell ware transfer to and from the chamber. An optional removable front design allows set up of larger equipment needed inside the chamber. The ergonomic gloveports for gloved or bare hand working make HypOxystation comfortable for in situ manipulations.
This hypoxia workstation has been designed in conjunction with cell biology researchers to ensure ultimate performance combined with user comfort, convenience and reliability.

Options
The HypOxystationTM has been designed specifically for researchers requiring the ability to accurately control oxygen, temperature and humidity. Options are available for researchers to customize the system based on need:
1 Removable Front – With panel removed an opening exists large enough to allow an object measuring u to 30.5” x 15.5” to be introduced into the chamber. The design of the opening also means that a slimmer, wider object measuring up to 32.75” x 8” could be introduced as an alternative.
2 CO2 Monitoring – Hardware and software provided to monitor and control CO2 in 0.1% increments from 0.1% to 15%
3 15cm Letterbox – A 15cm wide opening with unique door mechanism allows the user to introduce cell flasks and other items into the workstation quickly and efficiently without having to run an airlock cycle. Positive pressure inside the chamber ensures that outside atmosphere does not affect internal gas mixture.
4 Double Internal Power Socket –Two standard outlets are provided which can provide up to 1 amp of 115V power for charging pipettors, cell rollers, etc.
5 Vacuum Take-off Port – Quick connect fittings are attached to and small port on the left side of the instrument, allowing a vacuum pump operating outside of the instrument to draw against any size tubing and extraction mechanism inside the workstation.
6 Automatic Sleeve Gassing System – Hardware and software provided to allow the user to press and hold the foot switch for automatic removal of atmospheric gases from the sleeves. Vacuum and gas pressure are monitored assuring consistent procedure of entry by technicians.
7 Internal Storage Tray – Maximum of two per unit. 22x26x2.5cm. Trays are mounted under shelf for easy access and minimum intrusion of space.
8 Spare Cable Gland – A small port with temporary completely sealed enclosure that can be used to place wires or tubes into workstation.
9 Gas Sample Port – A small port with quick connection and one way gas flow for sampling of internal atmosphere for independent verification of O2 and CO2 levels or presence of contamination.
10. O2 profiling - Allows you to program O2 to run at specified levels for a user defined amount of time.
11. Data logging - Keeps track of up to 30 days of your various gas levels and the data can be transferred to a USB flash drive.

|
Using only one control unit it is possible to operate two CELLROLL drive units or two CELLSPIN stirring platforms or a combination of one instrument each. The control unit automatically recognises the type of instrument connected and allows you to independently store ten different cell cultivation programs for each unit. |
